1. Data Controller
Sinan Savuş ("Business"), a sole proprietorship operating as Bay Peyzaj at Anadolu Bulvarı No 148, Yenimahalle, Ankara, Türkiye, is the data controller.

The Business considers that it is not subject to VERBIS registration under the applicable exemption criteria.
2. Personal Data Processed
If you fill in a form, and when you visit the site, the following data may be processed:
- Identity: first name, last name
- Contact: phone number
- Request content: service of interest and free-text message
- Security and usage: IP address, browser type, page-view and performance data (server logs and cookieless analytics)
3. Collection Method and Legal Bases
Data are collected electronically via the quote and contact forms and automatically (server logs, Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights). Completing a form is optional; without it we cannot reply via WhatsApp.
Legal bases under KVKK Article 5:
- Art. 5/2-c — Necessary for concluding or performing a contract (handling your quote, site-visit and contact request)
- Art. 5/2-ç — Compliance with a legal obligation
- Art. 5/2-f — Legitimate interest (site security and performance measurement, without harming your fundamental rights)
- Art. 5/1 — Your explicit consent when you submit the form: sending the request via WhatsApp and the related international transfer
4. Purposes of Processing
- Handling quote, site-visit and service requests
- Contacting you by phone or WhatsApp
- Managing client relationships
- Measuring site security, performance and visitor statistics
- Complying with legal obligations
5. Transfers and International Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to the following recipients for the stated purposes:
- WhatsApp / Meta Platforms: when you submit a form, your name, phone, service choice and message are sent to the Business WhatsApp number. WhatsApp’s infrastructure may be located outside Türkiye.
- Vercel Inc.: technical data may be processed on US-based infrastructure for hosting, Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights.
- Competent public authorities: where required by law.
Transfers to WhatsApp and Vercel constitute international transfers (KVKK Art. 9). By submitting the form you give explicit consent to this transfer.
6. Retention Period
Quote and contact data are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and resolve possible disputes, and for any longer period required by law. They are then deleted or anonymised.
7. Rights of Data Subjects
Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right:
- To learn whether your personal data are being processed
- To request information if they are processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in line with that purpose
- To know the third parties to whom data are transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- To request deletion or destruction under KVKK Article 7
- To request that correction or deletion be notified to third parties to whom the data were transferred
- To object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis of the data
- To claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
8. How to Apply
You may submit requests in writing to info@baypeyzaj.com. Applications are concluded within thirty days under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. If your request is refused, found insufficient or not answered in time, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
9. Security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are taken. Data are transmitted over encrypted connections (SSL/TLS); access is limited to authorised persons. WhatsApp transmission happens when WhatsApp opens on your device; form data are not stored on the Business server.
