Information We Collect

We collect identifying data only when you fill in a form. Technical data may be processed automatically when you visit:

• First name, last name and phone number
• Service of interest and message content
• IP address, browser type and page-view information
• If you write via Instagram or WhatsApp, data collected by that platform itself

Use of Information

We use this information to:

• Handle quote, site-visit and service requests
• Contact you
• Measure site performance, security and experience
• Comply with legal obligations

Legal Basis

Quote and contact data are processed primarily because they are necessary to conclude a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c). WhatsApp transmission and the related international transfer rely on the explicit consent you give when you submit the form. Technical measurement is based on legitimate interest. Analytics and Hosting

Third Parties and International Transfers

When you submit a form, your name, phone, service and message are sent via WhatsApp (Meta). WhatsApp privacy policy applies. This transmission may be an international transfer.

Hosting and analytics may use Vercel Inc. (USA). Personal data are not otherwise shared with third parties for marketing. They may be shared with competent authorities where required by law.

Retention

Quote and contact data are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and resolve possible disputes, and for any longer period required by law. They are then deleted or anonymised.
